I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This policy explains what data I collect when you visit this website and what I do with it.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands). When you visit the site, the hosting provider's servers automatically process technical data, including your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you visit and the time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Contact form and enquiries
If you contact me through the form on this site or by email, I process your name, email address and message to answer your enquiry. The form data is sent to my email inbox. I delete it once your enquiry is resolved, unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons or we have started a working relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

4. Booking a call/ free consultation (Cal.com)
You can book a call through a link to Cal.com. Nothing is loaded from Cal.com until you click the link. On the booking page, Cal.com processes the data you enter, such as your name, email address and chosen time, under its own privacy policy. If the meeting takes place on Google Meet, Google processes the data needed to run the meeting. I use the booking data to arrange and hold the call.

5. Social media (Instagram and LinkedIn)
I have profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. This website contains links to them. No data is transferred to these platforms when you visit my website. Data is only processed by the platforms once you click a link and open their site. They handle it under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you across websites. Only technically necessary data needed to run the website may be stored.

7. Legal basis for processing

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where you have given it.

• Contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), for example enquiries, project agreements and invoices.

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for example the secure operation of the website.
